Instrumentalists & Soloists

If you would like to share your gifts with us in worship, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We are always looking for those of you who play an instrument. Also, if you have accompanying skill and would like to share that, we will find an opportunity for you. We also enjoy having vocal soloists, cantors, or small ensembles, so let us know if you want to share your music with our church family.

Third Sunday Players

On the third Sunday of each month, our 8:30am worship has a more informal style, and is led by a cantor, piano, guitar, and bass. The Third Sunday Players rehearse the day before the service; that’s Saturday morning, from 9:00 to 10:00. We rehearse in the sanctuary and welcome folks who play guitar, keyboard or percussion.

Praise Band

Connected Worship is an informal style of worship lead by a praise band. If you enjoy playing or singing in a band, can play bass, guitar, drums, keyboard, or sing, can do MediaShout presentations or sound, and have a love for the Lord, we invite you to be part of the worship team. Rehearsals are on Thursday nights, year round, at 5:30pm. If you’d like to share your time and talents, please contact Amanda Newman by email or by phone 925-447-1246, ext. 263.
